Upcycled Spring Crafts
Spring is in the air!
Are you looking to transition your decor? Check out these budget-friendly upcycling craft ideas perfect for Spring.
Tin Can Plant Holders
We all have empty food cans that are thrown in the trash. Why not upcycle them into something beautiful!
Use craft rope or basketry sea grass to wrap around your new stash of empty tin cans. Hold in place with hot glue and place craft foam in the bottom of the can. Drop in your favorite succulent or greenery to give your home a fresh and bright new look.
Bed Spring Frame Storage
Have an old bed spring laying around taking up space?
Turn it into a storage space. Stand the spring frame upright and paint it a bright color of your choice. Glue wire to baskets, hang them from the wire on the bed spring, and place propped up outside your backyard door for garden tools, etc. Even use it as storage for your crafts inside your home. The possibilities are endless!
Bed Spring Wine Holder
Use the individual bed springs to nail to a refurbished piece of barn wood. Be sure to place the springs on the wood with the wider end upright or at an angle. Then place your wine bottles upside down and decorate to match your existing decor items!
Stacked Books
I think we all have a shelf of books that we never read.
Upcycle those books by giving them a fresh coat of paint. Think pastels to fit the Easter or Spring vibes. Stack them and tie a white ribbon around them for a cute piece on your coffee table or mantle.
