Think White

When we think of farmhouse decor we think of clean, white and cozy! Using faux snow is a great touch to already existing decor. You can find spray snow at your local craft store! Even pieces of cotton can transform a floral centerpiece into a farmhouse dream. White ceramic is also a key farmhouse style item!

Natural Elements

To achieve a beautiful farmhouse look in your home, try incorporating natural elements from the outdoors. Pinecones, twigs and greenery can be added to your tabletop or mantle with ease. A natural garland or greenery wreath will make an eye-catching piece as well!

Wood

The farmhouse style is often depicted as rustic so wooden accents are great pieces if you are going for this style. Wooden planters for your front porch, wooden picture frame props, and even an oversized natural wood clock to fill your wall is perfect for this look.

Galvanized or wire items

Galvanized buckets used to hold silverware or place on the table as a centerpiece screams rustic and farmhouse! There are also other metal items to place throughout your home for a cohesive feel like mail holders, tiered spice racks and even a tin backsplash in the kitchen. Wire baskets are a great addition to your farmhouse decor, too!
