DIY Pumpkin Spice Soap

There’s nothing like walking into a home that smells heavenly!

There are always new trending fall scents, but one that we religiously refer back to is Pumpkin Spice!

We love pumpkin spice candles to fill our living room and we love drinking it in our coffee. This quick DIY is a great addition to the autumn scent you already can’t get enough of!

Supplies needed:

Shea Butter Soap Base

Red and Yellow Colorant

Soap Mold

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Measuring Cups

Start by cutting the Shea Butter soap base into cubes and placing them into measuring cups.

I use about half a block of the soap base and that makes about 4 large 4 ounce soaps.

Place the cubed soap into the microwave and heat in 30 second increments while stirring in between.

When the soap is fully melted, stir in 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice, 4 drops of yellow colorant and 2 drops of red colorant.

(Keep in mind the colorants have to be bath and body safe in order to avoid the color running in the shower or sink.)

Pour the melted soap into the mold and allow to sit for 30 minutes to cool.

Add your own labels to present as gifts or try your new craft in the sink right away!
