How to Make a Beach Wreath Poof

This video will show you how to make a beach wreath poof with ruffles Jute mesh and fabric mesh.

We just got back from the beach and thought it would be fitting to make a beach wreath tutorial!

Method: Poof with 20 inch ruffles

Ribbons: cut at 12 inches
Mesh: cut at 20 inches
