Poof/Curl with Woodland Ruffles
Mesh Cut: Bottom-Cut Poof/Curl 13in long and Woodland Ruffles 20in long
Top-Cut Poof/Curl 13in long and Woodland Ruffles 20in long
For the Bottom, you will need 10 Orange Poof/Curls cut at 13in and 10 Navy Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in
For the Top, you will need 16 Orange Poof/Curls cut at 13in and 8 Navy Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in Ribbons Cut -at 12 inches.
