14in Dollar Tree  wreath frame

1.5in Red and white flex ribbon

Blue, Red, and white deco tubing

STEPS:

Begin by cutting the flex ribbon into 1-yard sections. Double the ribbon over and place it in your Bowdabra to hold it in place.

Grab your deco tubing and cut to 1-yard sections. Double over. ( Create a circle and double it over two times.) Place into the Bowdabra. Slide a pipe cleaner underneath,  remove the bows, and tie. Continue to pair the flex ribbon with red, white, and blue tubing. Leave to the side for later.

Place your pairs onto the two middle rungs on your wreath while alternating colors.

You will need about 7 pairs to fill a section on your work form.
